PROBLEM
The personal care and beauty industry produces more than 120 billion units of packaging every year globally—most of which cannot be recycled.
SOLUTION
We started The Rose Company to reduce the amount of plastic and hazardous waste created by everyday beauty essentials. Our custom paper tube is made from FSC Certified paper and printed with biodegradable soy inks so that when the product is done, the packaging can either be recycled or composted at all municipal facilities. The goal was to create functional products with sustainable packaging that customers would be proud to display on their shelves.
RESULT
Founded in 2020, The Rose Company products can be found in 30+ independent retailers across North America. Thus far, we've diverted 10,000+ small plastic tubes from the landfill. This project is dedicated to our late mother, Rose, who was an advocate for organic, natural products in the home.
